When you use the embedded Hospitable booking flow, Hospitable may process the dates and guest count you select, your name, email address, telephone number, stay details, booking references, booking status and the technical information needed to operate and protect the service.

If you contact the host, the contact details and message you choose to send are processed so the enquiry can be answered. Payment details are entered in the secure payment experience provided through Hospitable and Stripe. This website and the host do not receive your full card or wallet details.

Information is used to show availability, prevent overlapping reservations and abuse, prepare or perform a booking, process payment, communicate about the stay, keep required financial records and protect the website.

Depending on the activity, processing is based on steps requested before a booking, performance of the booking agreement, legal obligations, or legitimate security and operational interests.

Information is shared only where needed with website hosting and infrastructure providers; Hospitable for availability, booking management, guest communication and channel coordination; Stripe for payment processing and fraud prevention; and connected channels such as Airbnb and Booking.com where necessary to synchronize reservations.
