When direct booking is active, the system may process selected dates, number of guests, language, booking and payment references, booking status, the email returned by the payment provider, and a protected one-way fingerprint derived from the connection address for security and rate limiting.

If you contact the host, the contact details and message you choose to send are processed so the enquiry can be answered. When online payment is active, payment details are entered on PayPal. This website receives only the payer, order and payment information needed to manage the booking; it does not receive full card or bank-account details.

Information is used to show availability, prevent overlapping reservations and abuse, prepare or perform a booking, process payment, communicate about the stay, keep required financial records and protect the website.

Depending on the activity, processing is based on steps requested before a booking, performance of the booking agreement, legal obligations, or legitimate security and operational interests.

Information is shared only where needed with hosting and infrastructure providers; PayPal for payment processing and fraud prevention; Airbnb or a verified inventory provider for calendar coordination; and communication providers when you choose email, telephone or WhatsApp.
