Airbnb-reserved dates are imported through its official iCal feed. Airbnb controls its refresh timing, so calendar selection alone is not a reservation and does not guarantee availability.

Direct payment remains safety-gated until real-time inventory and the PayPal Business integration are fully verified. Before an enabled checkout begins, availability is checked again and the selected dates are temporarily held. A stay is booked only after the server verifies a completed PayPal payment and the booking system displays or sends confirmation.

The booking is for the entire private penthouse, with one private bedroom, one king-size bed and one bathroom. Maximum occupancy is two registered guests. Unregistered visitors are not permitted.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00, using self check-in through a secure lockbox. The access code is normally sent through the confirmed booking contact channel 24 hours before arrival.

The exact address remains private until the confirmed arrival process.

Smoking is not permitted. Quiet hours apply after 22:00. Parties and events are not permitted. Pets require prior approval. Only the registered guests may access the accommodation.

The property discloses an exterior security camera covering a common area. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.

Optional extras currently offered are hot-tub heating at €20 per day, fireplace use at €15, cocktail-bar preparation at €50 and one bottle of wine at €10. Each extra is subject to advance request, confirmation and availability.

An extra is not included in the accommodation total unless it is explicitly displayed in the booking price. Its current price and arrangement should be confirmed before purchase.

Review the displayed dates, nights, guests, accommodation price and separately shown fees before payment. When active, you are redirected to PayPal to review and approve the total in EUR. Available payment methods are determined by PayPal. Full card or bank-account details do not pass through this website.

Returning from PayPal or approving an order does not itself confirm the stay. Confirmation is issued only after the website verifies a completed PayPal payment. If real-time availability cannot be verified, direct checkout remains unavailable.

The specific cancellation, no-show and refund conditions applicable to direct bookings will be displayed before payment. Direct payment will remain unavailable until those conditions and the verified legal trader details are published.

If a PayPal payment appears completed but booking confirmation is not shown, do not pay again. Contact the host so the payment and availability can be reviewed.
